Planning

Design day is a time for us to brainstorm. It takes us through planning out how to create a home design and space that works for you. We draw inspiration from your vision, collected photographs and wishes for a colour scheme to come up with a design that you will love.

During this phase, we also take into consideration your budget, and other important details to make the execution of your new home design in Lower Mainland and South Okanagan as smooth as possible. We will ask you a number of relevant questions, photograph your space for reference, and discuss your desired timeline. It all starts with collaboration and communication

Design Development

It’s time to let the creative ideas flow. During home design in the Lower Mainland and South Okanagan development, our team meets and takes into account all of the information and ideas we collected while meeting with you during the programming phase. We begin thinking of fresh and exciting ideas, colour palettes, textures and layouts that are ideal for your space.

All of our ideas get drawn up for you to review. After any desired changes are made, we finalize the drawings, refine details and other plans, and move onto ordering furniture, fixtures, appliances and textiles. During this phase, it’s time for us to have fun and take bold risks in our choices, and our interior designer Aida will be there every step of the way to guide you.

Construction Execution

During the execution phase, our discussions and plans are brought to life – from paper to real-life design. Home construction is well underway and the design team is regularly at the site to ensure the building and construction team’s progress is running smoothly and on schedule. We are accepting furniture deliveries, and coordinating the installation of accessories and fixtures.

This can also be a time for us to address any concerns you may have, as well as keep you regularly updated on our progress.
